At Zoie Elegance, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Zoie Elegance will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
